For this reason I studied his philosophy in hopes of finding his “Secret for Success” – so I could help my clients and myself avoid the needless conflict that can undermine a business.
After reading all sixteen volumes of Napoleon Hill’s Law of Success, I was convinced that Carnegie had truly found and applied the right principles for bringing out the best in his management teams. I learned that the process must start with the CEO. Then, the CEO can share these principles with his management team and they, in turn, can facilitate them within their personal organizations.
This top-down approach creates community and commitment to a company’s mission and vision. It also creates a company committed to exceeding customer expectations, which is one of the primary keys for achieving phenomenal success.
So much unnecessary conflict, suffering, humiliation, and failure can be prevented through the knowledge and application of these success principles. As I became aware of the impact they could have on organizations, groups, families, schools, teams and churches, I decided to create a company whose mission would be to train facilitators in the delivery of this process for the enhancement of relationships throughout companies and the larger society.
